Ashley Parkin

Ashley Parkin is what you would consider “a tri-state area” baby. She was born in New York, grew up in New Jersey and received her B.A. in Art from Temple University’s Tyler School of Art in Pennsylvania. Now she’s completed the circle by residing in New York while pursuing her Design & Technology MFA at Parsons. Her main goal is to master the art of web design and become a prominent player in the advertising industry.

Christine Kim

Christine is currently a fashion design student at Parsons pursuing her dream of working as a sustainable couture fashion designer. Prior to attending Parsons, Christine worked as an IT Consultant and User Experience Designer in various industries. She also received her Masters in Design from the Institute of Design and an MBA with an emphasis on Sustainable Enterprise. Although she appreciates design, technology, and business, Christine is a craftswoman at heart who loves working with different materials and canvases to create beauty. She began art school at the age of six, and has had the opportunity to explore many different mediums since then, including oil painting, pottery, sculpture, woodworking, metal casting, and glass blowing.

Graeme Richardson

Graeme brings a creative blend of fine arts and design. He is well versed in the latest design applications as well as Mac and Windows operating systems. As a freelance graphic designer he has created concepts for a variety of subject matter, including print ads, logos, and interactive media. Through freelancing he sharpened his capability in areas such as digital photography, interactive design, product and logo design.

Halli Gomberg

After graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Newhouse School at Syracuse
University, Halli has lived all over the world, learned several languages
and tried many different professional disciplines. She has worked in PR
for Lionsgate Film, as an assistant for Ralph Lauren’s Collection, as well as a PA on countless TV commercials. Now, back in her hometown of
Manhattan, she is working towards her MFA in Digital Technology from
Parsons The New School. Future ambitions are world domination through
mastery of interactive narrative and web design.

Nefertiti is originally from Gary, Indiana, with a background in Chemistry from Indiana University. She moved to New York City in 2005 with $150.00 and an aspiration to become an American Haute Couturier. She planned to study fashion design basing her house on peace, education and culture. She has been inspired by Art, Love, and Life and believes “if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere.” Now studying at Parson’s the New School for design she is swiftly moving closer to her dream!
